OH DEAR GOD NO.As much as I like dragon ball, this is just horrible. You shouldn't be able to pick characters who look similar to the DBZ characters.
Oh yeah, instead of character similar to DBZ characters we should put in Pokémon, or Digimon, great comment smartass.
He just means he doesn't want hundreds of Gokus running around dumbass.

You can be Super if you search for Dragon Balls (Note: Super "yeah similar to super saiyin but not super saiyan because your char is human)and yup no saiya-jins in this game...
